Unique, small-batch apple spirits distilled to capture the pure flavour of Tassie's namesake fruit.
Named for a resourceful ex-convict (whose descendants still work the land in the Huon valley today), these spirits are double-distilled through a hand-beaten copper Charentais still (which the French have been using for centuries, apparently).
