A lush melodrama about nineteenth-century sculptor Camille Claudel (Isabelle Adjani), who becomes assistant and lover to Auguste Rodin (Gérard Depardieu). Directed by Bruno Nuytten and based on the book by Reine-Marie Paris, granddaughter of Camille’s brother.
