REVOLUTIONS OF THE NIGHT: THE ENIGMA OF HENRY DARGER
A compelling documentary about the discovery of Henry Darger’s fifteen thousand page, water-colour illustrated epic—found in the artist’s Chicago apartment by his landlord after his death.
British filmmaker Mark Stokes takes us back to 1972 and the unearthing of Darger’s work, with eyewitness accounts from neighbours, students, photographers, filmmakers and psychiatrists. You can also see Darger’s work in our current exhibition, The Museum of Everything.
