What Tasmanian ID do I need?

We accept photo ID with a Tasmanian address. If you don't have that, a Tassie utility bill with photo ID. Contact Bookings & Enquiries if you have any other questions.

What concession cards do you accept?

Valid seniors, health care and student cards. If you're not sure about your eligibility, contact Bookings & Enquiries.

Can I change my booking date?

Yes, subject to availability. Contact our Bookings & Enquiries team on +61 (3) 6277 9978 or tickets@mona.net.au ahead of time.

Do I have to arrive right on time?

Your timed entry ticket grants you entry within the hour marked on it. If you're unsure when you'll be arriving, grab a wildcard ticket.

What's a wildcard ticket?

A wildcard ticket has no allocated entry time. Just show up when you like and join the queue to get in.

Can I change my ferry times?

You can change your ferry times via your mobile tickets—which you can find in the O—just hit the ‘change times’ button. Changes are subject to capacity and not being too close to your departure time.

School groups are very welcome at Mona but please book at least 14 days ahead of time. To book, use this form

I don't have a printer. Is that okay?

Totally fine. We'll email you a ticket link which you can display on your phone / device. We're all about that zero-waste, baby.

I can't find my tickets.

No problem. Click here and follow the instructions to get a new ticket link sent to you.
